When using gpfs api gpfs_next_inode() on 5.0.5 the first inode returns inode 3 and on 5.1.0 it will return inode 0

Problem summary
gpfs_next_inode & gpfs_stat_inode APIs returns inode 0 as the first inode with an invalid state.
Problem conclusion
Benefits of the solution: With the fix, consistently return the first user inode 3(root directory) as the first inode for gpfs_next_inode and gpfs_stat_inode interfaces, if the starting inode number is less than 3.
