Troubleshooting
Problem
When you execute Netapp Storage Agent reports, it throws the error that "KNU_HOST" table is missing.
Cause
For ONTAP Storage System Manager version 5.x and earlier version, it is referenced as "Data Fabric Manager (DFM)".
For ONTAP Storage System Manager version 6.x to 9.5, it is referenced as "OnCommand Unified Manager".
For ONTAP Storage System Manager version 9.6, it is referenced as "Active IQ Unified Manager".
From "OnCommand Unified Manager", attribute group "KNU_HOSTS" is not supported on NetApp Storage Agents.
Hence, "KNU_HOSTS" table is not created in "WAREHOUS" database.
Hence, "KNU_HOSTS" table is not created in "WAREHOUS" database.
"KNU_HOSTS" table is a pre-requisite for running NetApp Storage agent reports.
Hence, the reports for Netapp Storage agent are not available.
Hence, the reports for Netapp Storage agent are not available.
Environment
NetApp Storage Agent version 7.3 Fix Pack 1 and later.
