The current implementation of the B2buaHelper.createResponseToOriginalRequest is incorrect.

Problem conclusion
Implemented the createResponseToOriginalRequest according to the JSR289. The new behavior can be enabled by setting the "b2buahelper.support.upstream.forking" property to true. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.5.
