PM07966: POSSIBLE WARNING / ERROR MESSAGES WHILE GENERATING THE MODEPARM FILE VIA ISPF PANELS IN DB2 LOG ANALYSIS TOOL

Error description

• DB2 Log Analysis attempts to create the MODEPARM file with the
  disposition of NEW,CATALG if that fails then DB2 Log Analysis
  handles the failure and opens the MODEPARM with disposition of
  SHR and wrtes over the file. Other products may intercept the
  allocation failure and present it to the user via messages.
  
  This fix will first attempt to allocate the MODEPARM as SHR and
  if that fails it will allocate it as NEW,CATLG. This should
  prevent the intercepted failure from displaying.
  
  
  Customer reported following error msgs:
  
  PSM4000I FIX0JY2, RITMP.RITMP, MODEPARM, ATTEMPTING NOCATLG2
           FOR FIX0JY2.MODEPARM, $NONE$, 0
  PSM4001I RECOVERY ATTEMPT FAILED TO PASS FLST/RLST CRITERIA

  &sysuid.MODEPARM
