Error description

• When running generated JCL (general/detail reports) repeatedly
  outside of the product (not re-creating general report JCL each
  time via the ISPF front end panels), the MODEFILE can become
  corrupted, causing incorrect output in the subsequent detail
  report only. THe fix is to copy ISPF front end logic into
  general report executables, allowing MODEFILE updates
  independent of the ISPF front end.
