Error description

• When loading data into DB2 from Log Analysis Tool, if only a
  General Report was run then only loading the General Report data
  is allowed. This fix will cause the front end ISPF panels to
  force the selection of General Report data or bypass loading
  data into DB2 if the Details Report was not run.
