Error description

• Interval Filter has a rounding problem which will be fixed.
  -
  1. setting the interval start to full hour exactly (11:00:00)
     - display is incorrect, extra exceptions are displayed
  -
  2. setting the interval start to full hour plus one second
  (11:00:01)
     - exceptions are displayed correctly, only wanted exceptions
     are shown
