PH31960: DB2 ADMIN TOOL PACKAGE CLEANUP PROGRAM NEW CLREST COMMAND RESTORE FREED PACKAGES

Error description

• When executing line command CL ('Clean up') on panel ADB21L
  ('Collections'), panel ADBPBMCL allows the user to specify
  an output dataset to contain backup copies of the DBRMs for
  the packages being freed.  This dataset (pointed to by the
  DBRMOUT DD statement in the generated JCL), must be a
  sequential, FB-80 dataset, making it difficult for users to
  restore freed packages.
  
  This APAR introduces a new primary command, CLREST, that
  creates a table containing the contents of the DBRMOUT
  dataset.  The user can then select one or more packages
  from this table, and have them copied to a PDS to be restored.

  command allows to browse a table with contents of sequential
  DBRMOUT data set and restore selected packages. Packages can be
  restored using original DBRMs or regenerated DBRMs from DBRMOUT
  that will be copied to PDS.
