Troubleshooting
Problem
DB 上の日付型のデータで 1900/1/1 より前の日付をレポートで出力すると、 HTML 出力時には問題ないが、Excel 出力時に正しい値が出力されません。
Symptom
例えば、1899/1/1 を出力すると、3797/12/29 と出力されます。
