Problem summary

  *                 Comparison Tool who set the REBIND option to *
  *                 A and users who alter a column with          *
  *                 REBIND M.                                    *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The description of REBIND A in the help *
  *                      panel was not clear. Additionally,      *
  *                      using REBIND M when altering a          *
  *                      column should generate a REBIND         *
  *                      statement.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  REBIND A specifies that all packages that reference any of the
  modified objects are to be rebound. The current description is
  ambiguous and needs to be changed.
  
  REBIND M should generate REBIND statements for an ALTER
  operation on a table column, because that change
  invalidates packages.
  

Problem conclusion

• The help panels - ADBHALT, ADBHC11A, ADBHCMTA, GOC5H have been
  updated with a clearer definition for REBIND A. The issue with
  REBIND M has been resolved.
