Error description

• When the REPOSITORY SERVER for OPM is started, the PE SERVER
  subtask load module FPEVSERV terminates with ABEND 0C4 in CSECT
  DGOVSCNT.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When a DB2 subsystem is monitored using the DB2 Performance
  Expert Extended Insight Dashboard (or SQL Dashboard) and the
  Repository Server is started, the initial data retrieval from
  Performance Expert (PE) Server may result in a data volume
  which exceeds the size of the internal buffer allocated on PE
  Server side. PE Server calculates the required size and
  re-allocates a new data buffer. This calculation is not correct
  and causes an Abend 0C4 in CSECT DGOVSCNT.
