Question
When downloading data from MRO IO, what are the limitations?
Cause
Items can be downloaded from several places in the tool. Downloads can contain many fields or just a few and may be applied to one item or many.
Answer
When downloading items into Excel, there are very few limitations applied by the sytem.
Excel has a row limit of 1 million rows.
From the system:
The download also must complete within 24 hours or it will be cancelled.
The user will only be able to download one file at a time.
They will be prevented from downloading any other items while this large download is in progress.
