Changes to Daylight Saving Time (DST) for 2007

Troubleshooting

Problem

Starting in 2007, Daylight Saving Time (DST) in the United States will start three weeks earlier and will end one week later. Although other countries change DST rules often, this is new for the United States. The change will take effect in March 2007 as part of the “Energy Policy Act of 2005.”

Resolving The Problem
