Troubleshooting
Problem
Running a report interactively in the background, users are seeing different behaviors from one environment to the next. For example, Cognos 10 is justified center, while Cognos 11 is justified left.
Symptom
Cognos 10 shows the legacy run as screen is center justified box GUI.
Cognos 11 shows the updated glass run as screen is left-align without a box GUI
