Invalid Date in Work Supervision - Work Order with French locale settings

Troubleshooting


Problem

If you have French language settings in your user profile, the Work Order --> Work Supervision --> Required Date is shown as INVALID DATE.

Symptom

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Login to Maximo as maxadmin
2. Click on Profile --> Default Information and specify the following
- Language - EN
- Locale - fr
- Calendar - Gregorian
- TZ - Europe/Paris
3. Log out and log back in as maxadmin
4. Go to Work Order --> Work Supervision
5. Select a WAPPR work order --> Plans Tab --> Items and Material --> Add
6. Click on More detail

RESULT:
The required date is shown as INVALID DATE.

EXPECTED RESULT:
The required date should default to today's date.

Note:
The required date defaults to today's date when the user profile --> language/locale/calendar/tz is either blank or English.
