APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In IBM Engineering Workflow Management Enterprise Extensions
(EWM EE) 7.0.2, build output is missing when a condition is set
on a translator.

Steps to reproduce:

- Create a compilation translator with the SYSLIN DD as output.
- Build a program and observe that the SYSLIN DD is available as
output on the build map and build report of the build result.
- Add the following condition to the translator on the language
definition:
<not><isset property="nonexisting" /></not>
- Build again the program and observe that the SYSLIN DD does
not appear as output anymore on the build result: neither
buildmap nor build report.

Local fix

  • There is no known workaround at this time.

  • Fixed in 7.0.2 iFix003 Dev + Validation
