  action in IBM FileNet P8 Content Platform Engine makes Business
  Automation Workflow REST API calls that trigger an
  administrative user refresh because the API call is missing a
  JSESSIONID cookie. As a result, many CWLLG0468I messages, like
  the following example, are logged in the Business Automation
  Workflow server application server logs:
