Troubleshooting
Problem
During a server upgrade, the Installation Manager wizard disappears from the screen and the upgrade process ends.
Symptom
During an IBM Spectrum Protect server upgrade from 8.1.11 to 8.1.12, the upgrade procedure stops after the Installation Manager closes.
