Error description
Maximo is ignoring the "Storeroom Site for Self-Service Requisitions" and using the "Default Insert Site" even when the "Storeroom Site for Self-Service Requisitions" is populated resulting in invalid combinations in the Work Center Manage Inventory STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Go to Users application and cuplicate MAXADMIN user as MAXIMO (psw: maximo) No Default Insert SITE No Storeroom Site for Self-Service Requisitions No Default Storeroom for Self-Service Requisitions 2. Logout and login back as MAXIMO Under Profile > Default Information, make sure that all site info is empty 3. Logout and login back as MAXIMO and go to Work Center Manage Inventory On the main screen, the top right corner will be shown: "All sties - All storerooms" Close Work center window 4. Under Profile > Default Information set Default Insert Site to "FLEET" Storeroom Site for Self-Service Requisitions: empty Default Storeroom for Self-Service Requisitions: empty 5. Logout and login back as MAXIMO and go to Work Center Manage Inventory On the main screen, the top right corner will be shown: "FLEET - All storerooms" Close Work center window 6. Under Profile > Default Information set Default Insert Site to "NASHUA" Storeroom Site for Self-Service Requisitions: empty Default Storeroom for Self-Service Requisitions: empty 7. Logout and login back as MAXIMO and go to Work Center Manage Inventory On the main screen, the top right corner will be shown: "NASHUA - CENTRAL" Close Work center window 8. Under Profile > Default Information set Default Insert Site: empty Storeroom Site for Self-Service Requisitions: FLEET Default Storeroom for Self-Service Requisitions: empty 9. Logout and login back as MAXIMO and go to Work Center Manage Inventory On the main screen, the top right corner will be shown: "All sties - All storerooms" Close Work center window 10. Under Profile > Default Information set Default Insert Site: empty Storeroom Site for Self-Service Requisitions: FLEET Default Storeroom for Self-Service Requisitions: ATLANTA 11. Logout and login back as MAXIMO and go to Work Center Manage Inventory On the main screen, the top right corner will be shown: "All sties - ATLANTA" Close Work center window 12. Under Profile > Default Information set Default Insert Site: NASHUA Storeroom Site for Self-Service Requisitions: FLEET Default Storeroom for Self-Service Requisitions: ATLANTA EXPECTED RESULTS: It would be fine to use the "Default Insert Site" when the "Storeroom Site for Self-Service Requisitions" is NOT populated but not when it is populated. RESULTS: Logout and login back as MAXIMO and go to Work Center Manage Inventory On the main screen, the top right corner will be shown: "NASHUA - ATLANTA" Close Work center window Maximo is ignoring the "Storeroom Site for Self-Service Requisitions" and using the "Default Insert Site" even when the "Storeroom Site for Self-Service Requisitions" is populated resulting in invalid combinations as in #?10 and #?12 above.
