Error description

• When enabling dedicated_pods for the User Management Service
  (UMS) in IBM Cloud Pak for Automation, you can specify some
  settings for each capability (such as SSO, Teams, SCIM,
  Profiles). These settings are not documented in "UMS parameters"
  
  (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSYHZ8_20.0.x/co
  m.ibm.dba.ref/k8s_topics/ref_ums_params_ums.html).
  
  You can specify the following ums_configuration.resources.*
  settings for each capability:
  
  ums_configuration.sso.resources.*
  
  ums_configuration.scim.resources.*
  
  ums_configuration.teams.resources.*
  
  ums_configuration.profiles.resources.*
  
  The same instruction for injecting a capability qualifier after
  ums_configuration applies for these settings:
  
  ums_configuration.autoscaling.*
  
  ums_configuration.logs.*
  
  ums_configuration.custom_xml
  
  ums_configuration.logs.*
  
  
  Note that "unqualified" (without capability prefix) are ignored
  when ums_configuration.dedicated_pods is set to true.

Local fix

• Add the prefix to the configuration settings with the
  capability. For example, change
  ums_configuration.logs.console_format to
  ums_configuration.sso.logs.console_format.
