PM70722: MSG EEE364W EXPLAINING A PACKAGE WITH GREATER THAN 8 CHARACTERS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Error message EEE364W is issued from Panel ANLPPKGE when
  an Explain is issued for a Package greater than 8 characters.
  Additional Symptoms:
  EXPLAIN output is not generated when Explaining a Package
  created by the definition of a Native SQL Procedure.  (NSP)

  Code has been changed to correct this condition.
  

Problem conclusion

• Currently, SQL PA is able to explain packages with an overall
  length ( location.collid.pkgname(version) ) of 58 character or
  less. Long name packages mentioned above are truncated in some
  reports, but with the exception of the summary page of the EEE
  report, package names up to 27 characters in length are
  displayed in full. Report formatting is being reviewed in order
  to accommodate longer package names.
