Error description

• The part TRANSFER(CQMCFPAX), (or, as known in the tape
  SCQMTRAN(CQMCFPAX) contains a copy of the GA version of
  classes/pinpoint.blob. If users unpax this file after applying
  maintenance, this pinpoint.blob will overwrite the pinpoint.blob
  provided during maintenance.

  While users should not be unpaxing CQMCFPAX after applying
  maintenance, CQMCFPAX should not contain pinpoint.blob
