• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Values displayed for COMMIT and INSERT in Activity by SQL Text
  are incorrect for multi-row inserts.
  

Local fix

• The work around for this problem is to add a monitoring profile
  line to the active profile with a filter for the program that
  the incorrect values are displayed for and setting
  OPTKEYS(CALLS) to Y in the Override OPTKEYS parameter list.
