Error description

• A VSAM PUT error with a return code = 8 (using 2 phase mode), or
  a user abend 55 (using 1 phase mode) may occur while using
  impact report by row option and row movement type log records
  are present. The specific scenario involves a case where row
  movement records are not sequential within the log, and have
  other log records (also tracked by this product in the same run)
  existing between them.
