Error description

• Message ISPP352 on panel CQMHEXCA incorrectly issued when using
  PF1 (
  HELP ) on the CQM$EXCA Display Exceptions panel.  This can occur
  on
  screen size settings with less than 28 lines.
  

Local fix

• Set the screen size to 32 X 80
