Error description

• Synchronous READ counts on panel CQM$BTHR (Plan Buffer Pool
  Statistics) does not match the Synchronous I/O delays reported
  on panel CQM$$ETHR (Thread Delays).
  
  Code changes have been made to correct this discrepancy
  and online HELP panels for this and other CQM functions
  have been corrected and expanded.
