Error description

• Log Analysis generates SQL that can be executed using Fast Apply
  SQL.  For cases where the SQL involves LOB columns in a UNICODE
  table, the LOB value will either be improperly translated or
  Fast Apply SQL will fail with an SQLCODE = -189 and a "CCSID
  65534 IS INVALID" message.
