  the input parameter list may cause the abnormal termination of
  Query Monitor with the following errors:

  RETCD=X'0000000C'
  REAS=X'036C0000'
  
  CQM1500E ABNORMAL EOT FOR CQMMCMDW SUBTASK
  Code is being added to clear out the S99RB data area prior to
  using it to build the deallocation request.
