Problem
After upgrading to FP12, the customer has a worker that tries to start, but the status never moves on from "Components are starting", to completion. The worker actually executes UOW's, but any check of the "status" reports the same "Components are starting" message. It never says "RUNNING".
This is invalidating an internal status check that the customer performs automatically to monitor their systems.
