Troubleshooting
Problem
When selecting the Blocked attribute in Kanban or Taskboard view, all work items in the plan disappear from the view.
Symptom
No Work item is displayed when selecting a blocked attribute in Kanban or taskboard view.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a Project Area;
- In the project's configuration, enable Blocked Cards;
- Go to Manage This Project Area -> Planning -> General;
- Remove the 'Reason' attribute from the Attribute Mapping section;
- Explore the project, go to Plans Menu, create ‘Sprint Kanban Board’;
- Create some workitems in the plan;
- Edit Kanban view, make sure ‘Blocked’ attribute is in ‘Card Display’ tab;
Expected result:
Work items cards are added, and able to select ‘blocked’ checkbox
Actual result:
All Work item cards disappear
