First, go to this link https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRFEs , Fill out as follows:
Review the existing RFEs, if there is already one for what you are looking for, vote on it, otherwise you can open a new one by clicking submit. Fill out the following fields to ensure the RFE gets directed to the right place:
Be sure to include 'Cloud Storage Solutionsfor i' along with a description of the new function you are requesting in the 'headline'
Fill out remaining fields as appropriate for your situation.
