Problem summary

• New Function:  Allow GOMMAIN to run under ZCMS
  
  Operations Manager now supports data spaces if running in
  z/XC mode.  The primary processing server (GOMMAIN) now supports
  executing in ESA/XC and Z/XC machine configurations.
  
  To utilize z/XC mode support in Operations manager, z/VM base
  support for data spaces in z/Architecture must be installed.
  See APAR VM66201 and VM66425 for information.
  
  The CP directory for the virtual machine(s) executing GOMMAIN
  must be updated to IPL ZCMS.
