Cognos Workspaces are not displaying in Control Center

Troubleshooting


Problem

When using Chrome as the Browser and trying to access Workspaces Group or Personal from Control Center Web Console an error occurs and the information is not displayed.

Symptom

Can not use Workspaces in Control Center after updating Chrome.
