New plugin installation get error "resilient_app_click_escalate_toolbar_button is not defined" when doing manual escalation

Problem

After a new installation of plugin, while doing manual escalation via "Send to Resilient" button, get the following error in the pop up window:

ReferenceError: resilient_app_click_escalate_toolbar_button is not defined

Symptom

When click "Send to Resilient" button, get the following error in the pop up window:
Response:
{0}
ReferenceError: resilient_app_click_escalate_toolbar_button is not defined
