 TABLESPACE. AN OPEN ERROR OCCURRED ON THE 12TH PARTITION. DB2
AND VSAM OPEN ERROR MESSAGES WERE OUTPUT TO THE CONSOLE. THE
USER WILL INVESTIGATE THE REASON FOR THE DATASET UNAVAILABILITY.
