  A timing window exists in SQLAllocStmt which allows threads
  in a multithreaded application to access the newly allocated
  statement information block before it is fully initialized.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code is changed to ensure the statement information block is
  properly initialized during SQLAllocStmt() to avoid
  unserialized access.
