APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When a Work Order is moved outside of the range, an error will
    be displayed when comparing scenarios. There is no problem if
    the work order is restricted to the period in the list.
    
    STEPS
    TO REPRODUCE:
    Pre requisites:
    
    Create two Work Orders
    Set the
    current date on the Work Orders and related resources
    
    1. Go
    to Graphical Scheduling application
    2. Open a Work Order
    record
    3. Make sure the duration of the Work List is 7 days and
    restrict on dates
    4. Approve the Work Order
    5. Create a
    Resource scenario
    6. Go back to the original and move the Work
    Order after 2 weeks
    7. Commit the record
    8. Go to Compare tab
    and select the 2 available scenarios
    
    RESULT:
    Error is
    displayed:
    
    BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please
    contact your system administrator for assistance. Gather the
    logs from the <HOME> directory and determine where and why the
    error occurred.
    	Nesting problem.
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    Compare to
    work with no errors
