Error description
In Work Order Tracking application when the WONUM has the format: sequence of characters (not very short, tested with 6) followed by ?-? followed by a sequence of characters or numbers (not very short, tested with 6) the work order number is displayed on 2 rows. The wrapping is done after ?-?. When there is a conditional formatting (records highlighted in green or yellow) the top part of the work order number is cut off. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Open the System Properties application and search the property webclient.wraplength. The property has the default value of 75 2. Open the Conditional Expression Manager application 3. Click on <New Row> to add a new condition and fill in the following: a. Condition: ?TESTCOLOR? b. Description: Test Color c. Type: EXPRESSION d. Expression: ?description='TEST' e. Always Evaluate? Checked 4. Open the Application Designer application 5. Search and open the details for WOTRACK application 6. In the List view open the properties for the Work Order table column 7. Click on Advanced tab 8. Select Signature Option: READ 9. Click on <Configure Conditional Properties> 10. In the Security Groups area click on <New Row> and add the group MAXADMIN 11. In the Conditions for the Security Group area click on <New Row> and add the ?TESTCOLOR? condition 12. In the Property Values/Condition is true enter: a. Property: cssclass b. Value: bggreen 13. Open the Work Order Tracking application 14. Click on <New Work Order> and enter the following information: a. Work Order:?AAAAAA-AAAAAA? b. Description: ?TEST? c. Save the workorder and return to List view 15. Search the work order created and notice that: a. The recorded is highlighted in green as per the conditional expression ? as expected b. The work order number is wrapped in 2 rows, separated after ?-? ? not expected as the property webclient.wraplength=75 c. The top part of the work order number is cut off, making it not fully visible 16. Same behaviour for WONUM=?AAAAAA-123456?, not the same for WONUM=?AAAAAAAAAAAAA?, or ?A-TEST?. In these cases the work order number is not wrapped. RESULT: The top part of the work order number is cut off, making it not fully visible EXPECTED RESULT: The work order number should be completely visible REPORTED IN VERSION: Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.0
