Unable to connect to web console with "connect: connection refused" error.

Troubleshooting


Problem

OpenShift 4.x installation on VmWare seems completed, but some operators couldn't start correctly, that is, authentication, console, image-registry, monitoring, and so on.

Symptom

Eror in the authentication operator:

OAuthVersionRouteProgressing: Request to "https://oauth-openshift.apps.cbi.aabb.net/healthz" not successfull yet
OAuthServerDeploymentProgressing: Waiting for OAuth server observed generation 2 to match expected generation 4
    Reason:                OAuthServerDeployment_GenerationNotObserved::OAuthVersionDeployment_GenerationNotObserved::OAuthVersionRoute_WaitingForRoute
    Status:                True

Another symptom is when you view the log from any pod returns following error:
$ oc logs ovs-lp25b -n openshift-sdn 

Error from server (InternalError): Internal error occurred: Authorization error (user=system:kube-apiserver, verb=get, resource=nodes, subresource=proxy)
