Error description

• Data Optimizer product can cause the primary REORG job to Abend
  with U-2210 while closing the backup file created during
  the unload phase.
  This fix will insert the below bypass DD statements into the
  batch job via ISPF panels for REORG and RECOVER functions.
  1. //VDSBYPAS DD DUMMY for Broadcom's VAM (CA-Allocate) product.
  2. //DAP@NVPO DD DUMMY for BMC Data Optimizer product.

  statement (//DAP@NVPO DD DUMMY) into the batch job via
  ISPF panels for REORG and RECOVER functions.
