Troubleshooting
Problem
The Requirement Management Project area is being accessed using the Default ADMIN user instead of the Primary user used for running the CLM Server setup.
For Ex: If the CLM is configured using Primary User(CLMADMIN), it will be automatically changed to ADMIN after logging into RM Project area
The Issue is been observed only when accessing Requirement Management Project area and the issue is not been observed while accessing the other Project area i.e CCM, QM.
Symptom
Observation in RM Log:
[ WebContainer : 18] WARN nal.compatibility.auth.DelegatedAuthHandlerService - CRJAZ2333W Authentication is being requested before the server has been configured. The services required for authentication are not yet available. Requests will be handled as if invoked by an administrator until the server is configured properly.
