Problem
The self-monitoring events generated by WebGUI are in German, and we would like them in English.
The output of locale confirms
LANG="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_ALL="en_US.UTF-8"
On an identical system with similar settings, the events are generated in English.
How is the preference being set?
