IT32432: "PROTECT STGPOOL" RUNNING A RECONCILE CAN FAIL WITH ANR4030E

Error description

• "Protect stgpool" performing a reconcile can continually fail
  with:
  
  ANR4030E The replication process failed because of an
  inconsistency between extents on the source server and
  extents on the target server that were written by a PROTECT
  STGPOOL process.
  
  The reconcile can be run by using 'forcereconcile=yes' with
  'protect stgpool' command,
  or it can be run internally if 'protect stgpool' process detects
  an inconsistency

  reconciled.
  This leads to the ANR4030E failure.
