IBM Cognos Analytics offers 3 widgets to be used in Dashboards and Stories which allow to refer to external content: Media widgets, Webpage widgets and Image widgets.
For those the creator of the Dashboard/Story can provide an arbitrary URL.
For those the creator of the Dashboard/Story can provide an arbitrary URL.
Who governs security concerns about those URLs ? Such content could allow the widgets to reference malicious content.
