IJ30777: ELIMINATE FALSE REPORTS OF PDISK_VANISHED EVENTS

Error description

• If the mmvdisk command took more than 60sec to complete,
  mmhealth reported all pdisks as vanished. On larger
  systems with many IO nodes and pdisks, 60sec timeouts are
  not enough.
