Error description

  • Error Description: It is possible for a local to cloud process
    to run without completing. The amount of data transferred does
    not increase, only the amount of time it has been running. This
    only happens in an error case when there are other issues that
    cause the object upload to the cloud to hang. This may be
    caused by network or cloud/appliance issues.

    Diagnostics: Review QUERY PROCESS output to see if there are
    local to cloud transfer processes that are not increasing in
    the amount transferred.

Local fix

  • Use CANCEL PROCESS command to cancel the long running process.
