APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Character "|" is included in the parameter for the Oracle EBS
  job and expected to printed on Oracle.
  Job is completing
  successfully but the the character is not shown in the Oracle
  side.
  We tested a different character (ex letter S) and the job
  was able to print it in Oracle after the job completed its run.

  Please open an APAR
  and assign it to the case.

  On the
  Engine:
  
  ======================
  
  1. stopWas
  
  2. Stop LWA agent
  (ShutDownLwa)
  
  3. Make a copy of
  <TWA_HOME>/TWS/JavaExt/eclipse/configuration
  
  4. Delete in
  <TWA_HOME>/TWS/JavaExt/eclipse/configuration all files and
  folders BUT NOT config.ini
  
  5. In folder
  <TWA_HOME>/TWS/applicationJobPlugIn, replace the
  com.ibm.scheduling.agent.oracleebusiness_9.5.0.02.jar file with
  the new ones (remove the older , copy in another folder)
  
  6. In
  folder <TWA_HOME>/TWS/JavaExt/eclipse/plugins, replace the
  com.ibm.scheduling.agent.oracleebusiness_9.5.0.02.jar file with
  the new ones (remove the older , copy in another folder)

  Make a copy of <TWA_HOME>/TWS/JavaExt/eclipse/configuration

  Delete in <TWA_HOME>/TWS/JavaExt/eclipse/configuration all
  files and folders BUT NOT config.ini
  
  5. In the
  <TWA_HOME>/TWS/JavaExt/cfg/OracleEBusinessJobExecutor.properties
  file add the following line:parameterSeparator=#
  
  5. Start LWA
  agent (StartUpLwa)
  
  
  
  Once installed you will have as new
  default separator the # char, moreover, with the
  parameterSeparator you are able to modify the parameter
  separator.
  
  
  
  Note: if the file
  <TWA_HOME>/TWS/JavaExt/cfg/OracleEBusinessJobExecutor.properties
  is not already present it will be automatically created at the
  first test connection or at the first job submission.
