Error description

• When OPT DISPLAY option "Show primary commands" is disabled on
  panel ADBPPDO, panels ADB21D and ADB21S may receive the
  following dialog error (for example):

  When Db2 V12.1 environment is New Function Mode = N
  and/or Current Function Level is less then 508, and
  panel ADBPPDO ('Panel Display Options') has option
  "Show primary commands" disabled, the following dialog error
  will occur when attempting to navigate to
  the Database panel ADB21D or Table Space panel ADB21S:
