Error description

• If there are many IBM Workflow Center installations on the same
  system and each Workflow Center runs with its own OS user, you
  might notice a file system permission clash. This clash prevents
   theme generation and regeneration.

Local fix

• If each IBM Business Automation Workflow installation runs with
  its own OS user, but all installations belong to the same OS
  group, change the umask on the /tmp/bpmCoachThemeCompilation to
  include group write privileges.
  

Problem summary

• The temporary directory for theme generation is hardcoded to the
   /tmp/bpmCoachThemeCompilation directory, which is used to
  create the coach themes for each project's branch that is being
  used. After the theme is generated, the contents are not removed
   or deleted in case the same theme needs to be regenerated.
  
  Because the directory's user/group permissions reflect the OS
  user Workflow Center was started with, two or more Workflow
  Centers might try to generate the coach theme for the same
  project branch at the same time, which causes one or more
  generations to fail. However the coach theme generator is
  triggered only when the theme is updated or the process
  application dependencies are updated.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available or will be available that ensures the
  temporary folder name used for coach theme generation is unique
  for each JVM.
