Error description

• During mmbackup the part of the policy scan process
  reports for several files a warning
  mmbackup:Error encountered in policy scan: <1> [E] Error
  on gpfs_ireaddir (<path to file>): No such file or
  directory
  although the files are existing and accessible
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• When mmbackup or tsapolicy is called to scan
  files, it could report  "no such file or directory"
  for existing files.
  

Problem conclusion

• Benefits of the solution:
  Fixed the unexpected behavior of
  mmbackup and tsapolicy.

  Rerun the mmbackup or tsapolicy command again.
